Hello my beautiful souls, I’m Santa Liberte, originally from Latvia but now residing in Ireland since 2005. My upbringing in a family that valued alternative therapies and homeopathy over traditional medicine ignited my passion for natural healing and brought me to the practice of reflexology. Witnessing the ability to heal a person’s physical and mental health through their feet or hands is awe-inspiring. As a professional reflexologist, I’m grateful to help people heal naturally. It is so rewarding. Reflexology, a gentle and non-invasive therapy, involves applying pressure to precise reflex points on the feet or hands that correspond to all body parts. It’s not the same as basic foot massage or body massage in general. The feet symbolize mobility and safety and are considered the basis of the body and soul.
Reflexology offers a wide range of benefits, including stress relief, cleansing of toxins, easing anxiety and depression, nerve functioning improvement, hormone balance, and more.
I am a fully qualified Reflexologist and a proud member of the NRRI (National Register of Reflexologists Ireland) . I am also a qualified First Aider. I’m happy to let you know that as I’m a member of the NRRI you can reclaim the cost of your reflexology treatments from your private health provider if it’s included in your policy.
