Hi Everyone,
My name is Rita and I have been a Holistic Therapist for many years. I am trained in many therapies which I combine to achieve the maximum results for my clients.
I am a member of NRRI ( National Register of Reflexologists in Ireland ) and IMTA ( Irish Massage Therapist Association ).
Many may recognise me as I am part of the amazing team at Cuisle Cancer Support Centre where we provide support and offer relaxing therapies to those and their families touched by cancer. I am there for nearly 10yrs doing what I love and helping others providing relaxing comforting treatments.
I am passionate about what I do as I know it works. I feel I am very intuitive and present with anyone I work with.
In today’s fast paced world many of our nervous systems are out of balance in so many ways, in particular with what many of us have been through for the last few years
” If we dont make time for our wellness ..we will be faced with illness “
 Touch is so powerful once done in the correct manner and I have seen first hand how powerful it can be in particular for anyone on their cancer journey and beyond.
Over the years I have gained much experience with my therapies and have learned many life skills also. My learning journey is ongoing in which I will continue to learn and grow, helping my clients and patients to grow also.
I am looking forward to welcoming you and providing you that comforting touch and space allowing you to breath and step away from everyday life.
