Hi, I’m Grainne.

I am a Hellinger Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator, Shalom and Angelic Energy Therapist and Reiki Master.

I began formal training in holistic healing and energy work in 2002 when I began training as a reiki practitioner.  After many years of practising reiki and angelic healing modalities, I realised I wished to learn how to impart this knowledge and I completed my Reiki masters in 2014.  I then progressed into Shalom energy therapy.

I come from a family of storytellers. Like many families, our stories have been passed down through the generations. Over time, I started to see links and commonality between the past and the unfolding of the present.  This drew me to Hellinger Family and Systemic constellation work, a healing process which allows the release of the weight of the past enabling us and our children to live fully in the present and to embrace life in all its beauty and colour. It draws on elements of family systems therapy and Zulu attitudes to family.   This work has been trans-formative for me and I became deeply drawn to facilitating that process and sharing this work with others so I trained as a Family Constellation Facilitator. I have a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Trinity College.

Consciousness Medicine
Consciousness Medicine is a complete energy work system in the tradition of Julie Williams.
It is a completely natural form of healing that combines a high vibration and pure embodied presence of being, together with the scientific principles of quantum physics. Working in the physical, energetic, emotional, ancestral and spiritual levels it promotes a deep sense of wellness through working to release stressors on all levels. It can assist in releasing emotional wounds and healing soul level entanglements. It works from the heart space to being peace and balance to the entire physical, energy and chakra system.

Reiki Energy
Reiki (pronounced “ray-key) is a healing energy technique that can be very helpful in reducing stress and promoting relaxation. It can assist in releasing emotional wounds, decreasing pain and discomfort, and bringing more peace and ease into one’s life. Reiki also helps to promote healing in the body, mind, and spirit, creating more balance in one’s entire being. Originating in Japan, the word Reiki means “spiritually guided life force energy.” It supports a person’s natural ability to heal on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Reiki uses gentle touch or hands slightly above the body to encourage one’s energy field to come into balance and harmony, assisting with an overall state of well-being and wholeness. It is a simple, natural, and safe method that everyone can use, and it can be a very powerful healing tool. Reiki works in harmony with standard medical care and all other healing methods.

During a Reiki session, the spiritually guided life force energy comes through the Reiki practitioner’s hands and into the body and energy field of the client, to the places where it is most needed. This is similar to many spiritual traditions which employ “laying on of hands,” although Reiki is not associated with any religion.
A Reiki session feels like a warm and comfortable radiance that flows through and around the client.  The client lies fully clothed on a massage table while the practitioner places hands gently on or over the client’s body. Each individual’s experience is unique and based upon individual needs.

Ancestral Constellations
Through the family soul the lives of our ancestors impact on our lives today. Constellations are a powerful tool to clear trapped energies and heal the wounds of the family soul so we can live our lives fully in the light. Constellations promote emotional health, overall wellness, positivity, a profound sense of being at one with ones self and a deep sense of relaxation.
